Mahd Sports Academy cooperates with the Ministry of Education to provide a Training workshop for physical education teachers

The Athletics Department of the Academy organized a workshop for physical education teachers titled "Fundamentals of Athletics", in collaboration with the Ministry of Education. The workshop aims to introduce the teachers to the methods of talent identification and the technical curricula of the Academy. 

The workshop commenced today, Sunday, and will continue for 5 days at the main campus of the Academy in Riyadh. The workshop covered eight main topics, including training methodology, stages of growth, physiology of physical effort, and the various disciplines of athletics such as throwing, jumping, endurance races, and sprints.
